To Reserve a Court
Select (click on) an available date to book (up to 7 days in advance) ... The dates are shown in red on the calendar..
Note, if at the end of the month, some dates may appear in next month.
Enter your name in the text box to the right of the RESERVE COURT FOR: text.
Click in a time slot to reserve an available court. Any slot that has a white background is available for booking. Your name will be entered in each time slot selected. Each slot is a 30 minute reservation. Click again in another slot to add another 30 minute increment.
If you change your mind about a time or court (or make an erroneous entry) , click in the slot you wish to remove (grey background). It will be returned to the available status (white background). When you have made your final selections, click on the SAVE RESERVATIONS button. Confirmation is indicated by the blue background
Note:After 3:00PM today... the date 4 days from today will NOT be available for on-line booking. This is due to the need to
print and post the CourtSheet on the courtside bulletin board.

What About the Days in the Week Ahead That Are Not in Red?
For these days, the schedule has already been printed and posted on the court bulletin board. To reserve a court (or release one), simply go to the courts
and write your name into any available slot, or cross your name out to release a court. Clicking on the "Show Court Sheet" icon below will provide a pop-up of the
court sheet as it will appear on the bulletin board.
To Remove a Reserved Time
Click on the REMOVE a Reservation icon (court sheet with an "X" through it).
In response to the pop-up query, enter the CONFIRMATION NUMBER you were given when you made the reservation.
If you change your mind, click on the CANCEL button in the pop-up dialogue.
If your confirmation number is valid, the reservation will be released.
